A couple of reminders for IBW exclusive books you can order for this year’s IBW.
First of all, Macmillan/Picador have slightly tweaked the gorgeous cover for Off The Shelf: A Celebration of Bookshops in Verse.  This wonderful collection of poetry, and a celebration of bookshops in verse, is edited by Carol Ann Duffy and features poetry by Carol Ann Duffy, Jackie Kay, Clive James, Gillian Clarke and many others.

IBW Book Award Shortlists Announced


We are delighted to announce the shortlists for the 10th annual Independent Bookshop Week Book Award. The winners will be announced on Friday 17th June, the day before the start of this year’s IBW.  The IBW Book Award 2016 will be at the heart of IBW’s trade and consumer promotional activities, and booksellers will receive high quality POS materials featuring all 34 shortlisted titles.   The point of sale kits will arrive in bookshops about a month before IBW, in mid May.
